Hello! This is MK. We're here safe and sound - no delays, no lost baggage, and everything is great. We were greeted with an unbelievable reception - Mike/Chuck's mom (Mama Conche) picked us up along with an assortment of relatives (an aunt, two uncles, and a few cousins). More relatives were waiting for us at the house. Kristen and I got these HUGE flower bouquets - seriously - unbelievable - and we all spent the evening settling in, hanging out, and catching up.
There's so much more to say and tell you about, but I've been up for...what? 36 hours? I don't even know but I'm ready for bed. In true Gibbons fashion, I expect to knock out a solid 12 - 14 hours and then be good to go.
